      Working with children, some fun coworkers

      Cons

      Horrible gossip culture, terrible senior management, lots of staff turnover, long hours weekends nights and holidays. Would not recommend for new providers.

      Teamwork, Dedication, Commitment, camaraderie, and compassion

      Cons

      Slammed busy hours at opening of the shift, which slows us down increasing wait-time. Not a whole lot of room for growth
