I’ve really enjoyed working with this company. The pay is good and I work with some great students. The company is very understanding about scheduling and canceling classes. KidPass is very hands off and as long as parents are happy, they are happy!

Sometimes students can be inconsistent.

If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard and your opinion matters, this is the place. There is so much opportunity to grow as an employee within the company and the ability to wear many hats. They give you a lot of freedom with unlimited vacation days and whenever you need to work from home! The managers believe in their employees and give them the ability to work on their own with no micromanaging. KidPass is a great place to grow your career and be part of a company that cares a lot about each individual!

You put in the hours you need to see success and hit your numbers. I wouldn't say this is a con as it is across the board for any growing company and any start up, but you do have to work hard to succeed!
