      The classes are fun to teach and the kids want to be there so that’s nice

      Cons

      Paycheck was always late and pay is only $16/hourly for assistant teachers and $17/hourly for leads. Driving to and from every class is stressful and they don’t compensate you for gas unless you’re driving over 15 miles each way. Tried to quit, only to be asked to stay and then received 0 hours for the next 2 months despite it being the busiest season. Wasted my time.

      Pros

      Great coworkers! Job is artsy, creative, and low stress. Management is understanding and fair.

      Cons

      Not really a con on the company but:: You only really have the opportunity to work part time and with the after school hours it can be difficult to find something else compatible with the schedule
