Pros
It's a well-funded company without much of any burn or churn. This is pretty rare in Silicon Valley these days. Working at Kika really feels stable and allows you to focus on your own results and not worry about outside forces.
Cons
You have to be a self-starter. This is not a place where you get thrown a huge budget to burn. You have to show results through measured choices.
