Pros
Salary isn’t too bad but getting closer to minimum wage and targets are even harder to meet
Cons
Firstly, it’s quite clear on here that management are writing their own reviews on here which kind of defeats the object of getting a true reflection on how staff really feel. - Career progression is non existent -Owners of the company can’t see the their sales managers are destroying the business and are HORRIBLE with staff. - Managers treat staff so bad - constantly arguing with them and accusing them of all kinds. - Fast approach to being fired without any type of warning. - Management act like they are a cut above the rest. - Just a statistic on their books. - Appalling pay/salary for the amount of nonsense that gets put on you. - No work-life-balance - Systems that barely work - constantly battling with them. - Rota in place to clean kitchens, clear up after other staff, deal with bins etc. - Not allowed mobile phones (they get taken off you!) or to eat at desk (includes no snacking!), no breaks during phone calls (they expect you to take 100+ calls per shift), no union to speak to... - No Scope for progression. - Company going down hill - will soon be closed - don’t waste your time getting involved.
