Pros

It is a very cool industry to work for and unusual. If you are looking for something different this company is definitely a good place for that. As well as your day to day job in the office, you can go to work in tattoo conventions all around UK and Europe. The work environment and people that work for the company are very friendly and will help out if they have a chance to do so. The company also offers a full training for new starters as well as ongoing training to keep up with latest products released by manufacturers. They offer a hybrid work from home/work from office program that improves the work/life balance.

Cons

The premises are a bit far away from city centre, however is well connected with public transport.

Pros

Exciting industry to work in. Opportunities to attend tattoo conventions.

Cons

First off, when it is pretty clear management and the like have to post fake reviews to compensate with the real ones instead of addressing the issues, it's a give-away as to how they run things. Honest cons: -Company sole focus is on revenue and profit -As a direct link to the above, employee wellbeing is taken at the minimal level they can get away with by law: no sick pay, legal bare minimum holidays and pension contribution, no flexibility, and managers who don't know how to lead teams -Appalling HR -Expect homophobic, transphobic, and racist comments / behaviours -Family-run business with a nepotism mindset. Unless you get in the top GUYS circle, you will not be treated truly with respect or be able to grow a carreer there -Hazardous conditions when working in the warehouse -Warehouse employees are paid close to minimum wage

Pros

You can use the toilet a few times a day monitored-free.

Cons

If you happen to disagree with senior management, then that's it, off you go. You can only succeed if you happen to be agreeable, submissive and "not disliked" by the right people... and believe me, if you become that person to "fit in", you'll feel miserable.
