Management is so disconnected from their employees that many of them fear retaliation for speaking out. Honestly it’s so crazy that they retaliate against people who no longer work at the company. They have chased off all the good employees due to their absolute unhinged behavior, including people who worked there 10 + years before this current operations took over. When interviewing, ask them about turnover in the last 2 years. The managers outnumber the number of developers left and none of them can write code. Please consider this before applying. It’s only downhill from here for Kin.
