      No professional growth. Little resources. No training or opportunity for advancement. Micromanaging. Leadership. Junior high drama. No diversity. Very Clicky. New leadership are not people persons.

      Kinco is a very productive and professional company to work for they are down to earth and sure footed I enjoyed working with them

      Cons

      Unfortunately I did get laid off and was not able to return due to the economy I would still stand behind the company
