Great autonomy and strong drive to mission

no 401k match- typical for start up but this would be nice to have

The pay is pretty good and so are the benefits. The facilities are beautiful and it’s a high-end business.

Executive leadership is not dependable, often misleads staff with false promises and hopes. There is a lack of stability within the company, from the top down, and there have been excessive layoffs and facility closures.
