Good base pay and good benefits

A lot of nepotism. 90% of deals closed were deals that management handed to a rep. Rare to see a deal closed organically. It’s a luck game. They will ramp you in 3 months of starting but tell you that the sales cycle is 6-9 months. Only 2 people out of the entire company hit quota last year. Sales quota is no where near attainable. Towards the end of 2025 75% of sales reps were no where near quota but management never addressed or acknowledged it. Most issues go unaddressed. The business structure doesn’t work and isn’t sustainable in my opinion.

Room to learn new technologies and products as business needs change

Cons

Pay is abysmal if not in Sales. Executives and upper management are wholly enveloped in AI psychosis. Also invested in Israel in 2026.
