if you’re working in engineering or project management, kinetics is honestly a pretty solid place to cut your teeth in the construction and engineering world. one of the best parts about working here is the vibe,, the coworkers are super supportive, the environment is genuinely collaborative, and some offices even offer flexible work setups. plus, you get to work on massive, large-scale projects alongside multidisciplinary teams, which is a massive learning experience.

the biggest headache usually comes down to our outdated internal systems and manual processes. i feel like we spend way too much time buried in administrative work that could easily be automated, things like tracking payroll info, dealing with endless paperwork, and fighting with legacy software and aging it infrastructure. for those of us in support roles, the workload feels totally reactive, where success is all about how fast you move rather than the quality of your work. while some offices have great work-life balance and are open to new ideas, other locations suffer from slow career growth, modest raises, and a lot of everyday operational friction
