Pros

None ,the worst company I have ever worked for

Cons

Do not waste your time joining this company,They are bunch of liars.Trust my words or else join this place and find out yourself Company is very small ,all up 25 staff at max.You will be micromanaged like a little child. You need permission for even going to toilet.Tickets run on timesheet and every single minute need explanation to manager. If there's even 10 minutes gap for tea break you'll be in trouble. At the time of interview they'll feed you lies and tell things that you want to hear. The moment you start working will find out how big of mistakes you have made by joining there.I have seen people come n go at this place on weekly basis. There's absolutely no training, literally on day one you are expected to start billing their customers.Because this company is so small and unknown not many people review this.Hopefully my review will help someone to make right decision. Please don't make mistake to join here ,you'll be regretting it for sure

Strong Technical Culture: Kinetics Group is a premier IT service provider with a clear focus on technical excellence and client satisfaction. Engineers are expected to be the face of the company, which fosters professionalism and pride in delivery. Career Development: Structured trial roles and performance metrics offer clear pathways for growth. Success is measured through process improvements, automation, and proactive communication. Supportive Leadership: Senior leaders promote radical candour and open dialogue. There’s a genuine effort to improve transparency and employee experience. Competitive Compensation: Salaries and benefits are in line with industry standards, and the company actively encourages feedback through platforms like Glassdoor and Google.

Cons

High Accountability Culture: While the expectations are clear, the emphasis on time tracking, ticket management, and client approvals can feel rigid at times. Limited Remote Flexibility: Work-from-home arrangements require prior approval and are not the default. Communication Gaps: Internal discussions show ongoing efforts to improve leadership transparency and team sentiment.

Pros

They are a MSP. No one stopped me learning worked with wide range of technology. No one restricted the tickets, I was not put in box Senior engineers were always around to help. they did not take my jobs away. Moved jobs and countries, my biggest learning. they taught me how to manage jobs. Helped me skill up qualifications, paid for exams and Ok to pay again if I did not pass. I learnt more there than everywhere else.

Cons

They are firm about the rules of managing tickets and recording stuff. Start times are set. At my last job I could start any time. But at a MSP you need to be there at the start time.
