Good company to work for - Telesales Agent Kingsbridge Local Employee Review

I have worked for kingsbridge for 4 years now. There is the potential to earn serious money with uncapped comission. The majority of people that work for the company are friendly and polite. They have a good working atmosphere within the office.

Direct marketing can become tedious and you have to pay for your own coffee. The hours can be long depending on what job you do. However the overall expectation is that if you want to earn the good money you have to put the time and effort into the job.

The only pro would be the false hope they give you as to earning a decent amount of money.

They promise "uncapped commossion" however it is anything but easy to get even one sale. You are required to cold-call, and make people believe something that may not be one-hundred percent true. In addition when I left I had to fight them in order to get my last check! If you do research on the company you'll find it's connected to a company that was sued in the south for taking advantage of customers and cold-calling (Apple Home Improvements). The company is not "family-run" they're money hungry.
