Pros
- positive and open work environment - busy, fast paced and challenging work - no "egos" or company hierarchy. Everyone pitches in to help one another no matter their title. - management has a lot of trust in their staff to do their job, little to no hand holding/supervision involve - summer hours - benefits - parties, BBQs, cake and treats
Cons
- longer hours/late evenings are not uncommon, however, this is industry norm and not crazy like other media/ advertising agencies
