The place is pretty casual, and sometimes you can use equipment and facilities to do your own personal projects - this is a big perk.
Cons
This place is an unhealthy place to work in many ways. The production department is not run very well. The directors are supposed to be managers but are really poor at it. Theres a lot of drug use, and I have witnessed both verbal and physical abuse while working in the production department. The same person runs HR and Production departments, so its not like you can talk to anyone about these issues. I am happy to have left. I believe you would be hard pressed to find any ex-employees that have a positive view of working in the production depatment. The diretors seem to really have a lot of political power there, so there's really no balance and control of them. This palce used to reprensent sex positive values and I think was once a good model of porn prodiction. However, today it is no longer the case. For some websites, models are cancelled if they request to use condoms. That is disturbing!
