      Strong focus on interior details, high-end clients, strong appreciation of historic buildings.

      Cons

      Not all projects give the same importance. Some projects were heavy copied and pasted from previous jobs. Designs were often tradition(not a bad thing), dated and often poorly considered.

      Respectable entry level salary. Hours generally fine with occasional (needless) exceptions.

      Cons

      Somewhat dull and uninspiring office. Traditional work with high-end residential clients. Not given any real responsibility or opportunity to grow into a role. Jaded office atmosphere and environment.
