      Pros

      Flexible with working from home balance and working independently. Great colleagues in prior years, positive and flat work environment.

      Cons

      Incompetent management made some doubtful decisions in prior years, high circulation of employees and are holding employees back in regards to growth, KPI's, career possibilities and salary.
