Pros

Some colleagues were supportive and tried to make the best of the situation. Exposure to a variety of tasks since priorities shifted frequently.

Cons

The company operated without a proper plan, often resembling a disorganized start-up.Excessive micromanagement. Every task had to be approved, which made it stressful and slowed down work. The main focus changed regularly, making it difficult to complete projects properly. New tasks were introduced daily with an expectation to deliver them immediately, regardless of workload.

Pros

Overall, the product is great and very interesting to work with and to sell to clients as they always like very much. In product management, it's great to work in a pioneering product. The industries of health and sports are very interesting to work in and evolving. People in these industries are also great. The company itself is quite young but still, following its fast growth, well organized is well-defined departments. The company now has reached a level that employees have clear roles, duties and the autonomy to fulfill them.

Cons

It really depends on the type of job and the expectations that one has for a job. As I have experience both in sales and product management in the company, in sales the challenge is to keep the pace and motivation every day selling a product that is new and needs creating the demand in many cases. It needs not only to sell but educate in a sense. It's not for a salesperson that wants only to apply sales techniques trying to explain why a product among hundreds similar is better. It's a technological product that needs to be learnt well in order to sell.

Pros

KINVENT is a startup that has an impact on people's lives... at scale. The Greek branch (and origins) is focused on product development, logistics and production. It is an environment that's a fit for people who love learning, creating and affecting users' lives. It is a no frills environment that has a clear focus. Startup restrictions apply, wages are at mean and above as expected, perks are included and depending on the position the opportunity to travel, exchange ideas and get feedback from end users first hand. Not corporate but still pirate-ish which I love.

Cons

For the Greek branch distance might be an issue for some, remote is available as an option for some of the development team members although the fact that hardware is involved might make it difficult at times.
