      Pros

      Everyone who worked there was very friendly and willing to help if you needed it. Also, it was fun to help out with the outreach activities for high school and middle school students.

      Cons

      It was very boring, repetitive work, and everyone else preferred to work in silence- ended up feeling like working in a museum!

      Pros

      KIPR is a small non-profit with a large reach on several thousand students every year. Staff get to interact with the program's elementary through high school students very frequently, which is pretty enjoyable.

      Cons

      As an educational non-profit, KIPR is often racing against the clock for funding, which can sometimes affect employee security and morale.
