Pros

The company culture at ConvertKit is the best I've experienced in my career so far. It is supportive and encouraging, and there is a lot of trust placed in the team by the directors. I'm able to have my ideas heard and feel I can contribute to the business as a whole (not just the areas I am specifically responsible for) which makes it a really inspiring place to work. Our mission and values are not just words on a website (as has been my experience with other companies), they are actually used to help guide us in making decisions. The team is made up of incredibly smart professionals who I truly love working with. There is great compensation and I enjoy the chances to travel for team retreats and conferences.

Cons

Our goal of staying a small team means we are trying to achieve big things with limited resources, which can cause stress at times. But I'm glad the company has a healthy outlook to work/life balance and that I can always speak to my director to get help if I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Pros

The culture is one of the best parts. People are kind, supportive, and easy to work with. Leadership is open and clear about where the company is headed. You always feel in the loop. Remote work and flexible schedules. The work feels meaningful since you can see your impact on creators. Pay and benefits are strong, and the company is thoughtful about perks.

Cons

Career paths aren’t fully mapped out yet. Systems are still developing as the company scales. The fast pace can shift priorities, but it keeps the work exciting.
