      Pros

      Laid back environment. No time sheet. Flexible work schedule. Sometimes you look at cute pictures. Lots of wiggle room with work.

      Cons

      Owned by a micromanager who has no idea what she is doing. Constantly points to her Harvard MBA as reason to follow her lead even when her suggestions are wrong and downright laughable. Actively resisted suggestions for growth and office environment was hostile and filled with profanity. Frequently made fun of customers.

      Pros

      Great work environment with fun and supportive coworkers. Great bosses (who are also the founders of the company) who listen to you and value your input. Small company where you can have a major impact. It's your JOB to pay attention to all the cats on the internet.

      Cons

      None. Would have loved to have continued to work there if I didn't leave to continue my education

      Interesting and challenging work. Excellent work/life balance. Great benefits and competitive salary. Skilled and knowledgeable leadership with great personalities, very relatable. Engaging and upbeat co-workers, always willing to help. Great commute. Cats!!!
