The management didn't know how to make the tech team more effective and efficient. It felt like working in a student organization (fuzzy process and all) instead of a real organization. Most of the members of top management (CEO included) are inexperienced with working in a mature company. That must be contributing to the fuzzy process they currently have. But if you're more of the Ops person, I think you'll be fine. The office building was also improper because I found mice around the pantry.
