Pros

I dont think i have ever had a better chance to think of their pros. CEO says "every one stays awake till 12 am, so answer your call and be available for work"

Cons

1) No stability- Hire and Fire! Project over you are gone! 2) No career growth 3) Extended working hours 4) Technical leadership dont have clear understanding. Well by that sense, they cannot be called a good IT company. 5) Delivery management does not have clue about the project management and client expectations. 6) Join this company only if you are fresher to gain experience, once you cross 2-3 year, leave and find a good job for yourself. This is applicable at all levels.

Pros

Exposure to the kitchen industry

Cons

My experience at Kitchen365 was deeply disappointing, primarily due to inconsistent leadership and unmet commitments. During my time here, a senior management leader openly stated that they did not care who joins or leaves the company. Hearing this from leadership was discouraging and set the tone for how employees are valued. There were also instances of false or unrealistic promises. I was personally told by a top leader that I was “part of their team” and that I was “protected.” However, within the very next month, I was informed by HR that my role was no longer required. There was no transparency, no performance-based explanation, and no alignment between leadership words and actions. This kind of mixed messaging creates uncertainty, anxiety, and a lack of trust within the organization. Employees deserve clarity, honesty, and consistency especially when it comes from senior leadership.
