      * Because it's still a young company, the processes need to change as the team grows; that might be uncomfortable for some people

      The company takes on some pretty big goals, and it is a fun industry to work in. I really like my team and we work well together.

      Cons

      There are a lot of priorities and customer requirements to meet. It makes for challenging weeks at times.
