Pros
There are good, decent people who work there that you can interact with and the office is nice and near the beach. Good if you're maybe starting your career as an intern?
Cons
A robo dialer company that poses as AI technology with no structure, bad compensation, and a high turnover rate. What you're promised over the interview and what you get instead is night and day. You are promoting a scammy product that, while has cool features, is still just a robo dialer that people hate to get callled from. The CEO and Management and employees are not synced and with all the SaaS companies who actually have life and growth and better pay I would keep looking.
