      Pros

      Flexible schedule, easy career progression if you are serious person. It can be a step to VIP aviation, if coming from low cost commercial company.

      Cons

      Departments don't communicate with each other. Lack of commitment in all departments due to low pay. Serious problems in respecting FTL and crew minimum rest. Mostly bad Crm between cockpit&cabin. The management always relies on crew's passion and commitment to solve different problems that are not their responsibility.

      Pros

      Money during summer. They wont fire anyone

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care. Rostering works with friendships. Strict on grooming but not in professionalism of the crew. Friends of friends are promoted.
