      They have a union available. Full insurance

      Cons

      Management and office workers are paid robustly more than the actual factory workers. Owners of company are cheap and greedy and try and give out as little pay as they can. Care more about compliance than work quality

      Pros

      sometimes can work independently. some people are super awesome and a joy to work with

      Cons

      -micromanaged by countless supervisors and assistant supervisors. -you report to too many people who often don't communicate change of plans with each other. -refuse to climate control the plant and often eliminate fans on floor due to "OSHA violations" but offer nothing in exchange. -excessive favoritism -mgmt is mostly all men -"downtime tracker" doesnt work the way they want it to.
