Pros
Fast moving high speed bread manufacturing. Go with the flow and make a few ripples get rewarded. 5 locations and they don't take the best running location and put it off on all the other locations without first considering age, location, and people into account. Very smart of management.
Cons
long hours sometimes. Depending on location, old equipment. A lot of the employees have been there for 20+ years so quite stubborn sometimes. Union environment
