Owner is a helicopter CEO and does not trust their employees to do their jobs. Sales position with KPI reports and not allowed to work remotely except for a few employees.
Everything. The entire business model is built on lying to their customers. They claim everything is made in the UK but they buy everything from China and mark it up 300%.
The CEO is a nightmare, he made multiple employees cry during my time there.
Impossible sales targets.
