Knock is the best company I have ever worked for in my career. I only left b/c of an unexpected opportunity to change my career path altogether. From the co-founders Demetri & Tom, through their exec leaders and managers, the team is dedicated to creating a positive people-first environment. In my time at Knock I had the opportunity to feel challenged daily, grow my career both vertically and laterally, and grow personally and professionally. Knock is a place with top culture where people can learn and grow in a supportive environment, where they are supported by their leaders, and where they can thrive in their career. I wouldn't have been presented with my new challenge if it wasn't for the development I experienced while at Knock. From a culture perspective, this is a fun group! Everyone is tenacious, highly intelligent, hard working, but also filled with a lot of heart. If you love what you do, have a positive attitude, and want to be around like minded people who love to crush goals & dominate, this is the place for you! As for the product, it is the best CRM in PropTech. One of the most innovative ways to approach leasing. I don't think any other product compares.

Not a con, but if you don't like change, it's not the place for you. Things change fast here so you should love to be challenged with new process, adaptable to improvements, and you should be someone who takes feedback well. This team is about being the best version of themselves they can be from the product, to process, to people. Be the best you.
