1. There are no standards and coding quality within their project development. They are using some automated tools which are good but developers don't have enough knowledge to use those tools properly. They are only clients puppets.
2. Most of the feedbacks they have in glassdoor with 4 Or 5 stars are posted by interns (which don't knowledge of dirty politic) and their core member, which are playing the politics.
3. Every day there are changing their policies because they treated their employees as only labor. They are no policy, which is in favor of the employee. They treat slaves to all employees according to policies.
4. They are working on cutting edge technologies, but no one has good knowledge for using those technologies. They are working on lightbend stack and present Knoldus as golden partners, but none of the developers has an in-depth knowledge of Akka, Lagom, Scala, Spark and more. Because most of them are interns, and after completing their labor bound, they leave the company because of dirty politics.
5. During the time of hiring, they represent our employees as bigdata developers, but they don't have a project on which they work on BigData. They only know to copy and paste the code from StackOverflow for writing Spark jobs and adding test cases only.
6. Most of the blogs they are published by Knoldus are only related basics of technologies because they want to SEO, Knoldus website on google search. It doesn't matter the quality of the blog, even most experienced developers writing blogs on language basics features (Even they are Golden Partner of Lightbend) with copy and paste examples from the internet.
7. Their experienced developers don't have any knowledge of architectures, design patterns, code optimizations and benchmarking. They only playing politics and boot-licking.
8. From last many years, this company is running based on interns only and no one wants to stay for a long duration because of their policies, salary packages feels you like slaves.
9. There is no job security for anyone. If you raise your voice, they update their policy accordingly and fires you within a minutes with unmatched blames.
10. Stay away from upper-level management like HR, CTO, CEO, COO and their core Team(Next Members), they are the root of the negative environment.
11. If you are planning to join Knoldus for learning BigData, Spark or Scala, then it's a trap. They are working on projects for writing CRUD operations only using Java. Most of the major projects are running on Java, don't spoil your carrier with their fake dreams.
12. If you are planning to join Knoldus as an intern, please be prepare after your internship, with any stupid reason they fire you, if your tunning is not good with your manager (reason could be any).
13. If you are hiring Knoldus for work, please schedule developers interviews before your deals, because, most of the time interns are working on the projects and they charge as a senior developer from clients.
