Pros

There is a lot of autonomy, colleagues are great, there is a relatively good work-life balance, and nice co-working space. Upon the first encounter, you feel the passion and dedication from the upper management team, which is important. You buy in on their ideas and vision and you crave to be a part of the company.

Cons

Subsequent encounters teach you more. The lack of communication and inconsistent directions result in many never being on the same page, as though there is a fan set at level 3, blowing and the pages are constantly flipping; you don’t know which page you’re on, or if it’s a different book altogether. The upper management team has too much on their plate, resulting in them forgetting what they’ve said or decided, hence reliving the process, which delays delivery. It also seems like the stress and pressure have caught up with them, hence the occasional lashing out session to unlucky employees. When this happens, anything that you have contributed in the past is wiped off their memory, as they only see red. My advice to those eager to join Knorex: 1. Be smart and choose the right office/country to work in, some of them seem pretty great 2. Have a high EQ and be emotionally prepared

Thank you for your feedback and concerns. We remain optimistic and always looking at ways to continue to improve. Our recent hires and hiring episodes have taught us to pay great attention to be much more rigorous in our hiring process and find the right fit of people and retain those who want to grow and deliver results. We should not compromise on these for the greater good of the others who continue to work hard and deliver. This is something that we definitely have to improve further. We wish you well in finding the right path ahead.

Pros

-Management truly cares about the employees. While we all work hard constantly solving problems, the leadership at Knorex will bend over backward to accommodate any personal or professional issue. -Knorex is constantly improving. From 2019 to 2023 has shown a drastic change in terms of employee culture and the "human connection" we all make. From a team that is all fully remote, we have made improvements to turn on our cameras during meetings and to actually learn about each other's life stories. -Much like the company, the platform, XPO, is constantly improving and providing immeasurable benefits for clients by integrating with cutting edge data providers and providing optimal performance for our clients.

Cons

-It can be both a blessing and a curse to try our hardest to solve the problems of our clients and customers. -It's okay for management to use PTO - it encourages the rest of us to follow suit!
