Pros
None, to be honest. It's all so bad... yet the portuguese financial crisis makes it an alternative to the recent graduates... and not so recent too.
Cons
they gain 100 monthly euros per student, but they only pay 1/10 of that to their teachers. We work one hour per day, we gain 10 euros. If we give 5 classes per week, we get 50 euros... if we are lucky, of course. Some of my colleagues don't receive any "salary" for 4/5 months.
