It is a family company, and ever since I have worked there, I believe no one, except the family, should work in one. While other staff eats their lunches either at their desks or outside on some stairs, the family goes upstairs to their apartment and have their lunch together in a kitchen. It is degrading. Also, terrible office places, no parking spot for staff other than family ...
