      Pros

      There is no HR,environment is friendly.Dev team is fantastic.

      Cons

      Deadlines are always on the neck.They have local client and company doesn't have any reserve.So from 8 month I'm facing salary issues every month portion of the salary credits at 20th and rest of it comes till 28th.

      - There are no pros in this small struggling startup, please stay away from this company and if you got an good offer don't go there as they will not pay this to you after 2 or 3 months, you will just waste your time in there, please try somewhere else.

      Cons

      - Late salaries. - Unpaid Overtime. - Thight deadliness. - They have no stable projects. - They will show you a beautiful picture but they have nothing so be careful, they are lier.
