Pros

Working at Knowde has been a unique ride. I've grown a lot professionally — especially being part of a small but mighty team where you’re encouraged to take ownership and wear multiple hats. There's also flexibility with remote work, which I really value. Over time, I’ve built strong cross-functional relationships and had exposure to areas outside of my role, which you don’t really get at larger companies. It's the kind of place where your initiative actually matters — your ideas can turn into real changes.

Cons

The company has gone through some big shifts (moving from marketplace to SaaS), and with that comes uncertainty and re-prioritization. Sometimes communication could be better. It’s definitely not the place if you prefer clear structure.

Pros

High-caliber team: The company is filled with incredibly smart, driven individuals who consistently deliver. Efficient execution: We move fast and get things done without unnecessary red tape or bureaucracy. Autonomy and trust: There’s a strong culture of trust. I’ve been empowered to manage my team in the way I see fit, without micromanagement. Remote-friendly culture: Employees are expected to be self-driven and are given the freedom to work independently — a great fit for high-performing remote workers. Intentional in-person connection: While remote, the company makes a real effort to bridge the gap with periodic in-person gatherings and a solid annual offsite. Equitable compensation: Pay feels fair and competitive, and benefits are solid considering our startup stage.

Cons

Remote collaboration challenges: Idea-sharing and spontaneous brainstorming can be tougher in a remote setup compared to an office environment. Cross-team connection: It's not always easy to connect with colleagues outside of your direct team, though offsites help with this.
