Other employees were great. Otherwise horrific. One of those places that says your “family” instead of being professional and offering competitive pay and benefits.

Pay and benefits are lackluster. Owner forgot to pay me for a while and acted inconvenienced when I wanted a check instead of waiting for the next direct deposit day. Made comments about work shouldn’t be about money. I started looking for a new job and got out.

It's a great company for someone just starting out.

The owner is a micro manager. No matter what your experience he thinks he knows better. He does not. For experienced people in the sales industry beware. The owner will make sure you only follow his direction. He is a self abosorbed person. He will tell you where to park, when to come in, and when to leave. He told me no 401K I'm tired of people taking my money. I will give them a raise while he pays the lowest base I have ever had.
