Laid back environment, hybrid schedule, family friendly, flexible, always evolving.

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement with such a small company

One of the coolest most laid back work environments I've had! There are dogs in the office, which honestly was a huge selling point for me. Also everyone is so nice and easy to talk to, it is not a super serious work environment which I love! The CEO, Charlie, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he is in the office all the time working with everyone and is always available. Bonus: They have amazing snacks and beverages available all the time (ie. La Croix, redbull, vitamin water, bagels, hummus, cheese, nuts, snacks, etc.). I've noticed they try to keep the office fun too, random nerf gun fights, softball team after work, "summer Fridays", bringing in pad thai or Indian food or whatever else occasionally for everyone. I couldn't be happier to work in such a great and positive workplace.

No actual cons, there is a lot of work to be done but I expect that from any job I work at
