Lots of hands on experience from the very first week. 4. Mentorship from people with more experience than you is great and typically anyone is welcome to share his problems and issues and will always find someone to guide you and help you out. 5. Its an atmosphere of learning , hence one will be motivated to compete and be up to date to grow in ones career since the projects are on niche technologies. 6. Food and a quality cafeteria to take care of ones lunch and maybe brunch can be a welcome step .
