Pros
Employees are outstanding, team were very intelligent and were able to handle any problems. - The compensation package were average for the region.
Cons
Frugal, is the word. Simple items such as office supplies are often a shortage; deadlines due and company doesn't have paper or toner for the photo copy machines. Management will not invest in any type of refresher training for its expat employees. - Lack of procedures in HR, Finance and Procurement Departments - HR would not release copy of the employee handbook - Lack of communication throughout the organization
