      I had the privilege of working with a few very talented and driven individuals.

      Cons

      I previously worked in the Los Angeles office, and there was a lot of empty promises, backstabbing and bullying. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Amazing CEO and amazing coworkers. Continues to grow in terms of client work and is such a better place to work than some of the larger agencies. No notes!

      Pros

      Great place to work; in terms of PTO, salary is decent. People are great! The CEO is amazing! Everyone is so kind and friendly.

      Cons

      Management is not very great; there is zero structure here. When we speak up about something, it doesn't ever change. Growth is hard, unless there are new clients.
