Honestly, it's so bad I don't even think there's a pro to working here. I lost brain cells working here.
Cons
Literally the worst place I have ever worked. I almost had a mental breakdown in this job. They over work you and expect you to work all hours of the day. When I interviewed, they said that there's no emergency in marketing so it's a chill work place but that farther than the truth. EVERYTHING is an emergency here. I regretted leaving my stable job at another amazing workplace to join a terrible company. The pay is not good for the industry and the benefits are ok. Don't let them fool you with the unlimited PTO because you will never use it since you'll have projects due every day. People couldn't even take sick days because of the work they had to do. Thank God I left this awful place and found another amazing job. Please don't make the mistake of joining this company. The way it's going, they're going to run out of money and and will be shutting down soon. *fingers crossed*
