Not good - Marketing Knoxed Infotech Employee Review

This was an very bad experience in my entire professional life. The say its an international company, head office was in UK, etc. While I joined it would be great working here as the management is international, the ethics and culture would be different. But the thing is, we are far even better than them as the are just citizen of the country but their mindset is still desi. Management is much politically influenced than the political leaders. Whatever you say is less and no point as they wont change.I have seen people joined and left in months. If you are a person who want to be a slave then you are welcome to join.
