Pros
- Free snacks & bean bag chairs (aka, the "we are a trying to be a fun 'agency' vibe") - CEO is passionate, but needs to work on how to present his passion in a less condescending way.
Cons
- Off-site HR: Essentially a non-existent department. They love to talk about transparency and "radical candor" but then don't have the necessary structure in place to back it up. - Employees are used to a lack of departmental processes and structure. There is so much wasted time and internal bickering. Could be resolved if there were a way to openly discuss inappropriate behavior with HR. - Compensation is below average, especially considering the medians for the area.
