Thank you taking the time to share your thoughts! We absolutely value feedback in a big way and it is good to also see where we are doing pretty good as well. It is great to see you are experiencing us walk the talk around our guiding principles. It is more than a sign on the wall at Koch, it is who we are! I can appreciate the feedback on possible cons and you are correct in that seniority is less of a focus to us than the value you create and the impact you have. I will say we do value the experience that comes with being in a role or capability for some time and the knowledge that can come with the territory. The key is finding a way to use that and put it to work. I know it can be a challenge and we all feel stretched at times from the pressure, but don't forget to ask for help as we are all just trying to do the best we can and we are much better together!
