      Pros

      Feedback given and opportunities to move horizontally within company. 401K match is good. Work with good people in overall, and once in door they let you move to positions you wouldn’t be qualified for in other companies.

      Cons

      Bad management and bad safety culture. Nepotism and HR not communicative. Compensation not competitive for area.
