Pros

The commute was not long.

Cons

The compensation is terrible compared to their competitors. The hours are unnecessarily long and the “learning opportunities” end after the first 2 months on the job. After which you are placed in one role and expected to do that for the rest of your time there. Never received a raise or a bonus and the department was constantly consolidating roles and responsibilities into fewer and fewer employees.

Pros

Good group of folks to work with

Cons

Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
