      Flexible hours - can come late and stay late. Awesome team - some very smart and talented people around. Good vibe - can actually make friends at a workplace, which is rear.

      Cons

      Lack of process. Lack of a culture of challenging bad decisions. Very high-performance expectation & very low return/compliment.
