Employing only people in dificult situations, in order to manupulate them. Falsifying customer reviews on the website. Having a great number of unsatisfied customers and employees Headoffice is only a PO Box in Zurich
Cons
Below average salary offers. Alway quoting the lowest price to customers in order to get the contract and never deliver the services. No career improvement oppertunities (Just promises of a better future) Working in silo system. Multiple emloyees are not paid what is owed for the work done, usually the CEO fire the employees when requested for payment. Authoritarian work culture
