Pros
1. They work in payment technologies, rather they are one of the leading software company that involve in this. So someone who is eager to know payment methods, security regarding big microservice applications, server maintenance, load balancing etc. they should definitely check this company. I learned a lot, like a lot from here. How load balancing is maintained, how PKI system is maintained, how to get and handle PCI-DSS certification, EMV specifications and many many things. 2. Another pro thing is that the senior developers, especially those who are working here for a long time, help juniors extremely. About all of them are very helpful and they teach juniors whole heartedly. 3. If you consider starting salary for a developer, it's quite good. 4. It provides some good benefits, like insurance, meals, recreation etc.
Cons
1. In my opinion the management kinda sucks. Some projects get extra care, some projects does not. You'll see in some group, people get extra care, while in other group, management barely notices. 2. The starting salary is very good, but the increment is very slow. So those who are seniors, like 5-6 years experienced, tends to jump ship. 3. The work life balance just sucks. During pandemic, I had to work for 12-16 hours a day. Before that, sometimes I had to stay for about 10:00 pm.
